Meyer Clinic Is Now Registered with The Care Quality Commission

Meyer Clinic, an aesthetics clinic and one of our clients, is now successfully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

We have been working closely with the team at Meyer Clinic since they approached us last year.

As a new clinic, they needed registration support and a comprehensive review and implementation of policies and procedures.

Jayne Downey, our Director of Nursing and Governance, led the registrations process and promptly answered to any queries that Meyer Clinic had.

Olivia Robertson, Meyer Clinic’s Practice Manager, said:

“Along with the guidance of our Nominated Individual Dr Annelize Meyer, we began the challenging practice of registering with the CQC.

“The whole process was new for us and as a new Registered Manager, it has been a hell of a learning curve but. Jayne, Imogen and Louise have been there for me throughout.

“They are complete superstars and never too busy to answer silly questions or reassure me and even go the extra mile to check my risk assessments.

“They are wonderful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

Meyer Clinic are one of our clients that have opted to remain with us on a monthly retainer.

Each month, their policies and procedures are renewed by our team in line with updated regulatory requirements.

They will also benefit from continued access to our Client Portal, which our clients use within their businesses to access their policies, schedule meetings with staff members and upload other important documentation that is relevant to them.

Jayne Downey said: “It is an absolute pleasure to work with Olivia and the team at Meyer Clinic.

“Their hard work and dedication have well and truly paid off with the fantastic news of their successful registration.

“The team at CQC Compliance are extremely pleased that Meyer Clinic have decided to remain onboard with us to ensure they remain compliant with the CQC.

“We cannot wait to continue our relationship with them and see what brilliant things the clinic will be doing for their clients and community.”
