One of our clients, Hollistic Health Ltd, are now successfully registered with the CQC.
The company, based in Dudley, are a service that specialises in non-emergency medical patient transport, mental health transport, medical repatriation and medical event management services.
We approached Richard Ayokosok, the Company Director of Hollistic Health Ltd, to understand his experience with CQC Compliance and how we helped his organisation achieve registration.
He said: “When we decided to start our business, we had to shop around to see which compliance and policy writing company would be able to deliver what we needed.
“It is quite a daunting challenge to start a regulated business, so we needed to find a company that would be able to reassure us and guide us through the process.
“We did some scouting around and eventually came to CQC Compliance, which in our opinion sounded credible, reliable and as though they were a company that knew what they were talking about.”
However, it was not all smooth sailing for Hollistic Health, who upon their initial submission with the CQC, ran into some issues when the commission highlighted concern with some aspects of their care.
Having already built a rapport with CQC Compliance, Mr Ayokosok came back to us for support to deal with this setback and overturn the decision.
He continued: “In order to rectify our situation, we went back and forth with Imogen and the CQC Compliance team to create a list of policies that needed curating.
“Every time they created one, they would send it back to us to read and give our opinion on.
This was on and off until we received our news that we had registered.
We found the whole process with CQC Compliance one that we could really benefit from, and it proved useful at such a busy stage for us at Hollistic Health Ltd.”
Mr Ayokosok told us that he built a strong relationship with CQC Compliance from the outset and found Imogen Huxford, our Director of Clinical Operations, particularly helpful.
“The relationship we built with CQC Compliance meant that we could rely on their support if we needed help.
“Imogen’s tone and manner of doing things was complimentary to us and her support, along with the whole team, makes me and my organisation particularly grateful.”
Imogen, who dealt primarily with Mr Ayokosok, was thrilled to find out about Hollistic Health Ltd’s successful registration.
