Ellis Whittam, the Employment Law Specialists that acquired Care 4 Quality. back in June, have rebranded to WorkNest.

WorkNest has one clear purpose, to enable “employers to manage their workforce, workplace and workflow effectively, efficiently and compliantly”.

Greg Bamber, the Chief Executive of Care 4 Quality. said: “Care 4 Quality. is incredibly excited about joining the WorkNest family.

“We deliver a world-class service each and every day for our clients and WorkNest enhances the ability that our clients have not only to meet their everyday compliance needs but also access further HR and legal requirements that they may have.

“WorkNest brings together a multitude of exceptional businesses, dynamic technology and incredibly engaged team members and we certainly can’t wait to get started”.

The WorkNest mission is to use “proactive and personalised services” to “weave responsive, pragmatic advice with innovative digital solutions; all delivered by highly motivated, committed and accomplished people”.

Formally Ellis Whittam, the rebranded group specialises in creating legally binding and productive teams – whether that’s for expert services across the board within Employment Law, HR Consultancy, Health and Safety and Compliance.

The group is trusted by over 40,000 organisations, from small businesses with fewer than 50 staff at a single location, through to large household names employing thousands of people at multiple sites across the UK.

Rebranding the organisation to WorkNest has allowed the group to focus on the wider impact of their services and see how they can expand as the company groups a more expansive definition of competition.

Rory Jackson, the Marketing Director at WorkNest, said: “The new brand is about much more than a name, it’s also about how we bring all of us (no matter the logo) together under a common purpose and culture.”

On WorkNest’s newly branded website, the organisation states its desire to “help business owners proactively solve problems, ensure regulatory compliance and achieve commercial objectives through responsive, pragmatic Employment Law, HR and Health and Safety support underpinned by innovative digital solutions”.
